Hamper Help Laundry Service

You can schedule a pickup if you are in the Pawhuska or Bartlesville area.

We collect your bag from your porch, or other designated area, sort items by color and fabric, wash and dry according to care tags, then fold and package everything for return in 48 hours (or sooner if requested.) Your clothes arrive clean, folded, packaged, and ready to put away.

Do I need to separate my clothes?

There is no need to separate your colors and whites we will do that for you. You should, however, check all of your pockets and remove any items found.

What about sweaters, delicates?

We will wash clothing according to the care tag. We do not accept any item marked "dry clean only" or very delicate clothing marked "hand-wash only."

I don’t want all my clothes folded – will you put dress shirts and other clothing I store in my closet on hangers?

We will do your order any way you like. Maybe you have t-shirts that need to be folded and polo shirts hung. Just let us know. Our goal is to make sure your laundry is ready to put away when delivered.

What if I have special instructions for the care of my clothes – i.e. – new clothes, fear of shrinking, etc?

All special instructions need to be given to the helper at the time of drop off. If you have a particularly fragile or delicate item you should consider hand-washing it at home.

Will my clothes be mixed in with other people’s clothes?

No, never, won’t happen. We wash, dry and fold each clients clothing separately. So you don’t have to worry about your garments mingling with other folks "unmentionables".

What kind of detergent do you use?

All of our orders are done with a name brand detergent and dryer sheets. We also use an oxi-bleach (non-chlorinated so it wont fade colors) to give your clothing extra brightening.
However, we do have hypo-allergenic detergents we will use when requested.

If I use a special detergent – can you wash with that instead?

Of course, many of our clients are allergic to the stronger name brand detergents or just prefer a certain kind. Just let us know that you will be leaving your detergent with your bag of dirty laundry so we know to pick it up also. We will return the unused portion when delivering your clothes or keep it on hand if you are a recurring customer.

Do you wash bedding as well or just clothing?

Sheets and towels are priced per pound, just like clothing items. We do have a price per item for other things, like comforters, duvet's pet beds, etc.
