Hamper Help provides residential and commercial laundry services, including washing, drying and folding of everyday laundry. We're not a dry-cleaning or alteration service, and we don't currently handle specialty fabrics (like leather, suede, or silk.)
We handle your items with care and follow manufacturer care labels whenever possible.

We do our very best to return everything that comes in - clean, fresh, and neatly folded. If something seems missing or damaged:

We never share your info. Ever.
You agree to receive updates via SMS, or text.
You may cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before your pickup time with no fee.
If you're ever unhappy with a service, let us know within 24 hours, and we'll do our best to make it right - whether that's a redo or credit toward your next order.
We’re not liable for events beyond our control (tornadoes, alien invasions, etc.).
